Lawyer/Commercial attorney

to work alongside us and also to take on legal independent legal assignments within IT, Internet, E-Business and telecommunications projects, including issues arising in the fields of data protection and intellectual property law.

You will have excellent academic qualifications and, ideally, some years of relevant professional experience or an appropriate higher degree (e.g. LL.M. or Doctorate in one of our specialist areas). You will need not only a special understanding of business matters but also a high level of commitment, the ability to cope under pressure, and an efficient, thorough and team-oriented approach to work, including first-rate communication skills in English as well as German.
