The D*A*CH Security Conference will be held on 21 and 22 September 2010 at Vienna University of Technology.

In conjunction with Dr. Michael Wolner, of Gassauer-Fleissner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, Vienna, Dr. Widmer will give a paper on the topic “Electronic health records: a comparison of legal aspects of data storage  in Germany – Austria – Switzerland”. Dr. Widmer will discuss the legal position in Germany and Switzerland, whist Dr. Wolner will approach the subject from the Austrian perspective.
