On 27 October 2010 the DAV Forum on Data Protection will take place in Berlin. This year’s topic is “Personal privacy in the global information society – can data protection still be salvaged?”. This event is organised by the Deutscher Anwaltverein (German Lawyers’ Association).

Dr. Widmer will deliver a paper entitled “Concepts of privacy and data protection outside the EU”.
