On 7 and 8 September, the Stade de Suisse in Berne will play host to the 5th Vis!T Symposium (Vis!T = Government integrates secure information technologies). The symposium is being organised by the Federal Strategy Unit for IT (FSUIT)and the Secure Information Technology Centre Austria (A-SIT).

In conjunction with Mr Hanspeter Christ of swisstopo, Dr. Widmer will give a paper at this symposium on the topic “Cloud Computing drawing on the example of swisstopo - legal and technical considerations”. The lecture will take place at 15.45 on 7.9.2010.
